A gentle, rhythmic massage that promotes lymphatic flow. It relieves the feeling of heavy legs, swelling, and fatigue—while beautifully soothing the body.
Manual lymphatic massage works with the body’s most delicate fluid—lymph. The lymphatic system doesn’t have its own pump like the circulatory system does, and when it slows down, you feel it as heavy legs, swelling, or general fatigue.
Using slow, rhythmic, and very gentle strokes, I guide the lymph toward the lymph nodes. The pressure is light, and the movements are regular and repetitive—which is why lymphatic massage is also deeply soothing.
Before the massage, we’ll have a brief conversation about what’s bothering you, and based on that, I’ll choose the areas we’ll focus on.
Do you have heavy, tired, or swollen legs?
Do you sit or stand a lot, and does your body feel heavy by the end of the day?
